Getting Started with the new Town House Customer Portal

Step #3

Once registered and your pet(s) profile has been completed, you're ready to start using!


Login at our website (top menu) or via the mobile app to manage your pet's profile, book services, pay your bill.

If you are interested in grooming, walking or training…

  • Grooming & Training: go ahead and request an appointment with our groomer and/or trainer!

  • Dog walking: book a “Meet & Greet”. This meeting is to introduce you and your dog(s) to our walking services, review logistics and requirements. This takes place at your home and is approximately 30 minutes.

1) Create an account for you and your dog by clicking HERE. Customers can log in using their existing email address or mobile phone number on file,or they can register as a new customer.

  • We are required by the Department of Health to have current vaccine records on file for all dogs in our facility. Vaccine information may be uploaded via the customer portal or emailed to To enter our facility with your pet:

    • All dogs must be current on the following vaccines: rabies, bordetella and distemper/parvo (DHPP)

    • Puppies must have completed all rounds of the distemper/parvo vaccine in addition to the other vaccines (listed above)

    • All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months old

    • Although not required, we highly recommend the canine Influenza vaccine/H3N2, leptospirosis vaccine and that dogs are current on flea, tick and heartworm treatment. Refer to your vet for their recommendation


2) Access the customer portal to edit your pet's profile, book services, change appointments or make payments. To access via the mobile app, clients can download the free mobile app by searching for "Gingr for Pet Parents" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, they will need to enter a unique invite code specific to your facility in order to access your customer portal through the app. You can find this code by navigating to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Portal Customization. The mobile invite code will only display here after the 'Enable New Pet Parent Portal' setting has been enabled. If you do not wish to promote the use of the mobile app with your pet parents, you are not required to share the invite code with your customers.
